It is I that should be saying "Wow" for having the opportunity to take this class again. I am serious when I say that this class has never cost me a penny. It has always made me money. Chicago was such a boost for me. 17 days into February I have 14 sales for 2009. 5 listings sold (3 that I sold myself) and 9 buyer controlled sales. I am well on my way to my yearly goal of 65 closed transactions. My goal for buyer controlled sales was 17 and as you can see I only need 8 more to meet my annual goal. Obviously this will need to be adjusted upwards.
